Module 1 - Gratitude.

Gratitude is a game changer. Why? It has been proven to increase your life satisfaction up to 25%!  That is why it is the foundation of this course and key to setting you up for long-term success.  It's also one of the easiest habits to begin. In this module, I show you how.

Module 2 - Mindfulness

Mindfulness has too many benefits to list here. Among my favorites are decreased stress, depression and anxiety; increase in self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability to manage painful thoughts and feelings. It's your center of calm in anxious times.

Module 3 - Mindset

In this module we tackle the inner critic.  That old narrative in your head that may hold you back.  It's time to identify the hidden inner stories that are driving you, question these beliefs and adopt new ways to support your strongest self.

Module 4 - Boundaries.

This module is all about healthy boundaries.  We need to learn when to say "No" so we can have more time to say "Yes" to the things that will help us live our best lives, become the best version of ourselves, add meaning and purpose, and really thrive.

Module 5 - Burnout

Burnout can creep up on us without our even noticing.  One day you're excited about your new job and a year and half later you can't figure out why you're so exhausted and that burdened by the thought of even starting the week.  It doesn't have to be this way.

Module 6 - Inner Badass

A badass is that part of you that is determined to be all you can be. This aspect cannot be suppressed, derailed or shut down; it is the spark inside that whispers to you in quiet moments.  It is you telling you one thing:  that there is more here for you.   Learn to go for it!
