As Seen In
“Growth isn’t one more tool to add to the pile. It’s reclaiming what’s already yours: your self-worth, your capacity for connection, your own nervous system’s intelligence, for exactly where you are right now.”

We All Can Use More Energy: Start Here
Whats actually draining you?
Over-extended and under-resourced Successful but disconnected Running on obligation, no time for you Not quite sure what I even want
Ever Feel That:

You’re tired of taking care of everyone and everything, and putting yourself last.

You’ve checked all the boxes of success – and still feel disconnected from your spark.

You’re overextended, the to-do’s never end, and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

You’ve lost sight of what actually makes you happy.

You want to feel vibrant and clear again – even in the chaos.

You’re ready for a life that fuels you, not one that drains you.

You sense that you’re playing small, but can’t break through feeling distracted or stuck.

Sudden irritability or dissatisfaction, even when everything seems “fine.”

You watch others do what you secretly imagine & feel both inspired and frozen.

You have a deep sense that there is more to becoming who you are here to be.

Her Story

She spent years building a movement while still hiding.

On the outside, Randy Taran was the Founder and CEO of a global nonprofit, speaking at Harvard, Stanford, and Google, reaching millions through Project Happiness. Sounds like the whole picture, right?

But she grew up the strong one: the kid who kept everything together while her mother battled chronic depression. She buried her own needs and threw herself into making everyone else happy, then poured that same pattern into building a movement.

It wasn't until her mother was on her deathbed, deeply unhappy, unable to find peace, that Randy had to ask herself: was this her fate too?

That was the Hell No moment. She spent the next chapter studying with the best minds she could find, from the Dalai Lama to leading neuroscientists, to build a framework for the resilience she'd never given herself permission to have.

Project Happiness

A movement that's already reached 2.7 million people.

Randy founded Project Happiness in 2007, beginning with one guiding question: what if we taught happiness the way we teach math? The work grew into a documentary featuring the Dalai Lama, George Lucas, and neuroscientist Richard Davidson, and a curriculum now used in 120 countries.

She served nine years on the board of the Dalai Lama Foundation, and the principles born in Project Happiness became the foundation for everything she now brings to executives, leaders, and high-achieving women through the CARE Method.

In Their Words

What it's like in the room with Randy

Randy doesn't perform happiness at people; she gives them a framework they can actually use under pressure. Our leadership team is still talking about the CARE Method months later.
